Limsa Lominsa “Retainer Lyde, Camp Bearded Rock”

Baderon’s suggestion for the first thing to do in my adventures was to visit Camp Bearded Rock. Each area of FFXIV features different camps that act as quest hubs on incremental levels. Camp Bearded Rock is the first (lvl 1-10) camp in the Limsa Lominsa region, known as “La Noscea.” Here is a video of me walking from Baderon’s desk in The Drowning Wench to Camp Bearded Rock!

After completing my first guildleve, Baderon introduces me to Piralnaut and T’mokkri, who oversees the guildleve counter, where guildleves are issued. He also suggests talking to Ursulie, who oversees the hiring of retainers. Retainers are hires who take care of my personal bazaar – everything from selling and buying products, storing materials and seeking repairs for broken equipment. I settle with a hardworking Hellsguard Roegadyn named Lydirfyst, who goes by the nickname “Lyde.”
