  • How do you use the AR feature on a print?
    My animated augmented reality feature is through an app called "Halo AR" available for free on both Android and Apple. Full instructions can be found below or via the button at the top of this page. It's also available within the product page for any animated print.
  • Will my print become animated in the future?
    I am working towards making all of my prints utilize the augmented reality feature and am going back and animating previous still illustrations into animated ones. Newly added animations will be posted on social media so keep an eye out there for new announcements! Some illustrations however are not conducive to becoming animated based on the poses/action of the character. In these cases, I will add a timelapse video instead that shows the process of drawing them. So eventually everything will have something to watch via augmented reality.
  • When will my order ship out?
    Orders typically go out within a day or two, but may take longer if I'm held up with an event or convention. This is a personal shop run just by me, so I ship them out as soon as I'm able to. Thank you for your patience and understanding! Shirt orders are printed and shipped directly from Printful and typically take 2-5 days for fulfillment.
  • When will my order arrive?
    Orders are shipped from New Jersey and use USPS Ground Advantage which quotes a 2-5 business day shipping time. You will get an email with a tracking number once it is shipped out. If you feel your order is taking an abnormally long time please feel free to contact me through my contact form or email me and I'll do my best to get it sorted out!
  • I didn't get an order confirmation email
    Please first check your junk folder. If it's still missing, feel free to contact me and I'll do my best to find it!
  • I'm missing something from my order
    Apologies in advance if I accidently miss something! Please reach to me and I will ship it out asap.
  • My package is damaged/missing
    If your order was damaged in transit or went missing in transit, please let me know via email and I will try to work out a solution with you. Orders are packaged with care but unfortunately once they're shipped off, it's out of my control. If a package went missing, there is a good chance it will make it's way back to me.
  • Do you accept returns, exchanges or cancellations?
    Unfortunately no - please place orders carefully as I do not allow returns, exchanges or cancellations. Thank you for understanding!
  • Will you offer international shipping?
    I currently don't offer international shipping but please let me know if you're looking to order from outside the US and I'll look into it!
